Different plans offer different levels of support. If you are on a basic plan, you will be able to reach us via email and we will respond within 2 working days. If you are on our premium support, in addition, you will be able to avail of our phone support which will be available during office hours.

FacctView is hosted on data servers using Amazon Web Services across multiple locations. We have taken several measures to ensure continued service across regions. Unless there is an outage across a large region & multiple data centres, the service will be accessible for users. 

From time to time, we will have scheduled downtimes for FacctView – for reasons such as updates, patches and other reasons. Under such circumstances, we would give you sufficient notice to plan your work around the scheduled downtimes.

Yes. A subscription can be cancelled at any time. Subscribers will have full access to FacctView until the end of the current term, after which billing will stop. 

No. FacctView search and batch screening require no set-up or integration. Our Open APIs do require technical resources to integrate into your workflow.
